About Jill Barnett Kaufman, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- My passion for helping individuals and families comes from both my professional experience and my own personal journey.
- Having experienced divorce and co-parenting myself, I understand firsthand how overwhelming, emotional, and uncertain this chapter of life can feel. That experience gives me deep empathy for my clients and a genuine understanding of the challenges they face.
- I've helped hundreds of individuals, couples, and families navigate relationship challenges, divorce, co-parenting, and parenting with greater confidence and less conflict. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Divorce Mediator, Certified Parent Educator, Divorce Coach, Gottman Trained Couples Counselor and Co-Parenting Expert. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of guiding families through some of the most difficult transitions of their lives while helping them create healthier paths forward.
I taught the Redirecting Children's Behavior parenting class for more than two decades, equipping parents with practical, effective strategies to build stronger relationships with their children, improve communication, and create more peaceful family dynamics. My work has always been grounded in the belief that when parents are supported, children thrive.
I'm an experienced and sought after speaker. I've lead workshops and seminars at many schools, religious institutions, corporations and conferences.
My style is warm, supportive, non-judgmental and motivating. With compassion and understanding gained from experience, I help clients get through difficult and overwhelming situations and discover new ways to resolve a variety of challenges and bring more happiness and peace into their lives.
I founded Divorce Network Pro, a nationwide network of experienced divorce professionals who are committed to a low-conflict, family-focused approach. Our mission is to transform the divorce experience by connecting families with trusted professionals who prioritize collaboration, dignity, and the well-being of children.
I am the proud mother of three adult children, and everything I do is driven by my commitment to helping raise a generation of children who feel loved, secure, resilient, and equipped to thrive.
