What services do you provide?
We offer an array of mental health counseling and other services for adults, adolescents, couples, families and groups. These services include:
I'm concerned for my privacy. How do you protect that?
Any information you share during your contacts with PCPC will be treated with the strictest confidentiality as allowed by law. In accordance with ethical and legal standards, this information will not be disclosed to anyone without your written consent, except in very specific circumstances as required by law.
How much do services cost?
Note: phone and video sessions available
Do you accept insurance?
I am not accepting insurance however I will provide you a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement according to your policy. This will typically affect the level of coverage (if any) that an insurance company is willing to provide at our agency and may increase the size of a deductible if applicable. Payment is expected in the beginning of the session. I'll send you an invoice through Square and you can use a credit card for payment. Please cancel your session at least 24 hours prior to your appointment otherwise there is a $50 late cancellation fee.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please allow 24 hour notice for any cancellations. Without such notice, you may be required to pay a $50 fee for the missed appointment. A cancellation call should be directed to your therapist. If using email, use the following address email@example.com and verify a response. If you do not get a response, be sure to call (609) 400-2888 to cancel the appointment.

No problem is too big or small. Listed below are just a few examples of some common concerns which bring individuals to PCPC:
Limits to phone counseling:
Phone counseling is not appropriate for people who are homicidal, suicidal, self-injuring, or requiring more care than one session per week.
What Happens at the First Appointment (Initial Consultation)?
The purpose of this first session is for your counselor to obtain information about your current concerns, relevant history, and goals. Your counselor should also review relevant PCPC policies and procedures. At the end of the appointment, you and your counselor will determine an appropriate course of action. You may decide to take no further action at that time; you are not obligated to continue counseling once you've attended an initial session.
Early on, you will work with your counselor to set goals for your counseling sessions. This will allow you to monitor your progress in counseling. If you have any questions or concerns about the counseling process, don't hesitate to bring these up with your counselor, who will be able to discuss them with you. The exact direction of your counseling experience will depend on the issues you bring into counseling, your counselor's perspective, and the goals you set for your work together.

If you are simply following up with your therapist or have a question, you can use email to communicate. If you have something that has to be addressed, but that is not urgent then call (609) 400-2888. If you are in crisis or in need of emergency assistance, call 911.
